Refunds & Returns Policy

Post & Packing

Orders will be processed and sent out on delivery within 2 – 5 days of your order being received (often sooner though!).  Please contact us if you require special or express delivery.
All orders will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Parcel Post. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak times like Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Returns

Of course, we want you to be completely happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something, please email us in the first instance to let us know. We are happy to offer a full refund for the items returned, please note, unfortunately, we are not able to refund any postage paid or return postal fees incurred, unless goods are deemed to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Making Payment

We use PayPal as our preferred secure payment portal. This gives you protection as a buyer.  You can use any Debit, Credit or payment card of your choice.
You DO NOT need a PayPal account – just follow the instructions at checkout.
